Welcome to our new, streamlined golf booking system! We’ve introduced a few important updates to improve the booking process, ensure fairness, and maintain smooth operations. Please read through the following guidelines and instructions to better understand how to use the system:

Registration Required
To book a tee time, all users must first create an account. Once you have entered your details and press submit, you will be sent an email to verify your account, you will be then able to login and make bookings. This is to ensure we have the correct contact information and to manage your booking history efficiently.
Bookings
In order to give everyone an equal opportunity to play, each registered user is limited to one booking per week. This helps us maintain availability for all members.
Booking Restrictions: 7-Day Window
You will not be able to book a tee time for the next 7 days. This restriction helps prevent overbooking and ensures fair access to all users.
Course Selection
When making your booking, you’ll need to select 3 different courses. This is to help us find the best available options for you in case your first-choice venue is fully booked. We will also explore the possibility of offering one of our premium venues if availability allows.
Subject To Availability
All booking requests are subject to availability at our venues and giving us as much as possible will allow us to book your preferred date and time.
Weekend Availability
Saturday and Sunday mornings are reserved for member bookings only. As such, these time slots will not be available for general bookings. Please consider weekday or afternoon slots for your bookings.
Email For All Players
Depending on the number of players chosen in the booking, all must provide a unique email address, to the lead booker before the booking can be confirmed. This ensures that each player is properly accounted for.
Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is made, our team will review your details and contact you within 72 working hours. During this time, we’ll check account status, confirm your allocation, and ensure your chosen venues are available.
View Your Past Bookings
You can easily access and review your past bookings within your account, allowing you to track your golf schedule and history.
Notes Section
Please make use of the Notes section during your booking to provide any further information that might help us speed up the process. For example, if you’re flexible with dates (+/- 3 days), prefer specific courses at certain venues, or have special requests such as buggy hire. If you are looking to pool your golf or use it for a golf day so we can see if the venue has the availability to cater, subject to availability, spend etc. including these details will help us accommodate your needs more efficiently.
